Ok, so I never actually took professional cake classes, I took classes at a nearby store as a hobby. This is the surprise Birthday cake I made for my sister! It is white cake with homemade vanilla buttercream filling, topped with homemade marshmallow fondant. I wanted to share a little bit of my creative side, to show how interested I really am in desserts. I don't just love to eat them, I love to make them as well.
